01Booking policy
- Appointment only — please book ahead.
- Send a reference photo and mention any removal or extensions.
- Basic nail prep is included in every service.
- Intricate art, charms or advanced designs: quote by photo.
- Prices are confirmed at booking; special cases discussed ahead.
02Changes & cancellations
- Once you send a request, the time is held for you until we confirm or decline it.
- You can cancel with your booking link; within 24 hours of the appointment, please contact us directly.
- To reschedule, cancel and book a new time. If something comes up, let us know early so the time can go to another guest.
- If you arrive very late, we may need to adjust the service or move your appointment so the next guest isn’t kept waiting.
03Privacy
- When you book, we collect your name, phone, email, an optional social handle, notes and reference photos, and use them only to arrange your appointment.
- Reference photos are kept in private storage that only the studio can see.
- We never sell or share your personal information. Booking emails are sent through an email provider.
- To see or delete your information, just contact us.
